What is a fluidized bed granulator？

Fluidized bed granulation, also known as boiling granulation or one-step granulation, is a technology 

that involves putting materials into a closed container at once, uniformly mixing the materials in the 

container, and then spraying adhesive at a constant speed through equipment to fully mix the adhesive

 with the materials. The adhesive flows through the container to form small particles, which can be dried 

by hot air at the bottom and directly collected as finished dry particles.
