Vacuum Stretch Film Packaging Machine
With special thermoforming technology, the machine is able to run the whole procedure from tray forming, filling, sealing, cutting
to final output, the auto degree is high, while the defect ratio is low.
1) Bottom film roll smoothly in the correct position with the special tension system.
2) Forming station: thermoforming technology forms any type of tray as requested.
3) Loading area/Filling area: it is optional to manual filling or auto filling.
4) Sealing station: it is optional to do vacuum,MAP or skin pack.
5) Top film: Special tension system and photocell make the film run smoothly and smartly.
6) Cutting system: patented die cut makes the cutting edge more smooth.
